Community Project Fund Grant criteria

The project must be within the Central Scotland Forest area and demonstrate clear environmental and community benefits.  Projects should support and encourage bio-diversity and address community need.

The grant can be used to cover the entire cost of the project and match funding is not required.  The grant must be spent within one year of the award date.  Only one application can be made per group or school.

The applicant must provide ‘before' and ‘after' photographs of the project or a project plan plus a short report on completion and agree to participate in any publicity.  It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that written permission is obtained from the guardian of children or vulnerable adults before taking photographs.

Grants cannot be given to cover goods or services that are the responsibility of statutory bodies such as Social Services or are required as part of planning permission

Landowner consent and all other relevant permission must be obtained prior to submitting your application.
