Operational Development and Finance Team:
The team is responsible for developing strategies, policies, physical/thematic/special partnership projects and new areas of activity which help to further the Central Scotland Forest strategy. This is achieved by working closely with local communities, landowners, Forest partners and a wide range of other agencies. It also maintains consistently high quality, reliable levels of financial systems and information for internal use and external reporting.
